ล่าสุด บริษัท อาเจไทย จำกัด ได้ผสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐอย่าง องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดอยุธยา จัดกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์สังคม (CSR) เพื่อส่งเสริมสังคมสร้างความยั่งยืนให้อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์อยุธยา ภายใต้โครงการ “AJE Sustainability” (อาเจ ซัสเทนอะบิลิตี้) ในการเข้าไปบูรณะพื้นที่บริเวณวัดโคกพระยา โบราณสถานที่มีความสำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์สมัยอยุธยา ซึ่งในปัจจุบันได้กลายเป็นโบราณสถานประเภทวัดร้าง ขาดการบูรณะปฏิสังขรณ์ ทำให้ในบริเวณวัดโคกพระยารวมถึงพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงมีเศษขยะ สิ่งปฏิกูลรวมถึงต้นไม้รกร้างอยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อทัศนียภาพประกอบกับในบริเวณติดกับวัดเป็นชุมชนที่มีผู้คนอาศัยอยู่จำนวนมาก ความรกร้างที่ขาดการดูแลอาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายกับคนในชุมชนขึ้นได้ ด้วยปัจจัยเหล่านี้ ทางอาเจไทยจึงขอเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการร่วมดูแลโบราณสถานทางประวัติศาสตร์และชุมชน

โดยการจัดกิจกรรมเก็บขยะ พร้อมตัดหญ้าและต้นไม้รกร้างบริเวณวัดโคกพระยาและพื้นที่โดยรอบ เพื่อเป็นการรักษาความสะอาด รักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงการสร้างทัศนียภาพที่สวยงามยิ่งขึ้น โดยงานนี้มีประชาชนในพื้นที่พร้อมบุคคลากรของอาเจไทยและเจ้าหน้าที่อาสาสมัครจาก อบต.คลองสระบัว เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างคึกคัก

พร้อมกันนี้ ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมรีไซเคิล อาเจร่วมรักษ์โลก โดยการนำขวดพลาสติกเปล่าชนิดใดก็ได้ มาแลกรับเครื่องดื่มจากอาเจไทยฟรี 1 ขวด ที่ได้รับความสนใจจากประชาชนในพื้นที่เป็นจำนวนมาก สำหรับขวดพลาสติกเปล่าที่ได้รับนั้น ทางอาเจไทย จะนำไปดำเนินการรีไซเคิลเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป

Holding a CSR activity to help preserve historic properties

                Committed to sustainable development in business operation, AJE THAI Co., Ltd. values social benefits, and aims to encourage sustainability in communities.

                Executing on the vision, under the company’s “AJE Sustainability” campaign, AJE THAI Co., Ltd. has partnered with Klong Srabua Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Ayutthaya province in holding a CSR activity to help preserve Ayutthaya historic properties at Kok Phraya Temple. Once a historic monument of the era, the temple is now deserted and abandoned. Lacking proper maintenance and care, the area and its surroundings are flooded with garbage, weed, and volunteer trees. The outgrown shrubs impair the scenery of the neighborhood, while the unattended area could be harmful to the residents. AJE THAI, therefore, volunteers to take part in preserving historic properties, and caring for the community through garbage collection and landscaping for the areas in and around Kok Phraya Temple. The activities to support clean environment and beautiful scenery were joined by people of the community, AJE THAI personnels, and Klong Srabua SAO volunteers. In addition to volunteering, AJE THAI also encourages recycling through the company’s offers of giving away a bottle of AJE THAI beverage in exchange of an empty recyclable plastic bottle. The campaign gained attention, as well as many plastic bottles, which AJE THAI will help put to recycling.
